Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

UK Delivery Only:

1st Class - £4.50 

2nd Class - £3.50 

Free standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £30.

All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Returns and Refunds:

At Feather & Glow, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you would like to request a return and refund because your item is damaged, please email featherandglow@gmail.com with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know the outcome. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and therefore you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

If you would like a replacement candle sending out to you because your candle has been unfortunately damaged during shipping, please e-mail featherandglow@gmail.com with your name, order number and a photo of your damaged item.
