All About Us
Hello and welcome to Feather & Glow - thank you so much for visiting our page! We are a small business who create lovingly handmade scented soy wax candles in the Lake District. Behind the brand, we are Megan and Mark and have always enjoyed living here in the Lakes. I (Megan) have always been a lover of candles, lighting them when having dinner, when having a relaxing bath or having a cosy night on the sofa; I can always think of a good excuse to light a candle! Can't we all? So I thought I would have a go at making my own and here we are...
At Feather & Glow, we only use naturally sourced, sustainable ingredients, all of which are: eco-friendly, animal/vegan friendly and non-toxic. We create our candles using 100% soy wax and cotton wicks which ensures an excellent burn profile and reduces the afterglow, smoke, soot and carbon build up in your home. All of our packaging is also recyclable and reusable.
All of our candles are hand poured by us in small batches in our home town of Bowness-on-Windermere, The Lake District. I really enjoy making candles as it is very therapeutic and it leaves my house smelling AMAZING and I am sure they will do the same for you.
